Shiva Draconum is the Stalker of Dragon-A-Lot. Insanely in love with Rex, Shiva has taken to secretly following him wherever he goes. She has also vowed to murder Rex's wife, Valence, who she feels is standing in her way of being with her true love. At times her attempts on Valence's life have been so out of proportion that she has risked blowing up not just Valence, but Rex, herself and a large section of Dragon-A-Lot. To date none of these attempts has succeeded in blowing anyone up, since she has been too focused on her irrational fixation to be able to pay much attention to the assembly of bombs, explosives, or other booby traps.
