Jingo Draconum is the little dictator of Dragon-A-Lot. As one of the shorter dragons he has developed a bit of a Napoleon complex. To make up for his slight stature he has enlarged the flag on his stomach so that it now covers his entire body. He has never told anyone of his image enlargement procedure, so he gets extremely agitated whenever the subject of his flag comes up.
