Carcer Draconum is the fugitive from justice of Dragon-A-Lot. After having escaped from the high-security dungeon where he was being tortured, he has been in hiding. To avoid being recaptured and retortured he has started wearing an eye patch. The eye patch does little to conceal his identity however, since he had a prisoner ID number bar-coded onto his stomach when he was arrested for illegal possession of catnip. Once in a while, Carcer will resurface to go grocery shopping and to take part in interesting anecdotal scenes with his fellow dragons. Read more about Carcer in the Story of Dragon-A-Lot. |
