Chapter Nine: Jesus Christ Pose
A few weeks after their wedding, Valence noticed that Rex seemed to keep trying to die in order to save people from their sins. Clearly a delusional schizophrenic with a full-blown Christ complex, she decided to keep him under constant surveillance to guarantee his safety. Pictured here is one of the times that Rex managed to slip away from her. When she finally caught up with him, he had already nailed his wings and feet to this cross and had started reciting his own obituary. She took him down from the cross and put him back into his padded cell in the royal palace. Chapter Ten: Problem Solved |
